ALL OUR VERY MODERN UNITS are fitted out to an extremely high standard featuring such amenities as double glazing, for both warmth and quietness, underfloor heating, even the bathroom mirrors are heated, TVs with 7 Sky channels (a total of 18 TV channels to choose from) and their own kitchen facilities. All our double beds are either king or super-king and singles are king singles.  Our two bedroom apartments and two of our one bedroom units have full kitchens which include dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and a microwave plus a large screen TV and a stereo system with a CD player. All units have high speed broadband access available at very reasonable rates and we also have an internet kiosk for those who do not have their own computer.

STUDIO UNITS
Our Studio units are self-contained, like all our units, with their own cooking facilities.  For Studios, these include a microwave, a refigerator, 2 element ceramic cook-top, toaster plus tea and coffee making facilities including plunger coffee.                                                                       

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
These Apartment have the advantage of a separate living area and bedroom.  Two of these units have a full kitchen which includes Fridge/freezer, oven, 4 element ceramic cook-top, dishwasher and one Apartment has a Spa bath.  The third Apartment has a kitchen with the same facilities as our studios, as in the photo at right below. 

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS
Our Two-bedroom Apartments are extremely spacious with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 element ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric, elect. frypan and tea & coffee making.  They both have a standard Spa bath and large living space.  The ground-floor unit has it's own garden area with table & chairs.

ACCESS UNITS
We have 2 units on the ground-floor with disabled access.  Both are normally set up with twin single beds but these can be joined for stays of 3 plus nights if requested prior to arrival.  We have received very favourable comments on these units from guests with a disability. These units have the same kitchen facilities as our other Studios.
