Airport Christchurch Luxury Motel & Apartments are located on a residential street and are not on any flight path. All our very modern units are fitted out to an extremely high standard featuring such amenities as double glazing, for both warmth and quietness, under-floor heating - even the bathroom mirrors are heated, 32" LCD TVs with 7 Sky channels (a total of 18 TV channels to choose from) and their own kitchen facilities. All our double beds are either King or Super-king. Our Two-bedroom apartments and two of our One-bedroom units have full kitchens which include dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, 4 element ceramic cook-top and a microwave with the Two-bedroom Apartments having 42" TVs.
All units have high speed broadband access available at very reasonable rates and we also have an internet kiosk for those without their own computer.

Studio units (with King or Super-king beds)
Kitchen facilities include a microwave, 2 element ceramic cook-top, a refrigerator, toaster, elect. jug plus tea and coffee making facilities, including plunger coffee. Upstairs units are usually slightly cheaper than downstairs but the units are identical, you just have to carry your bags up. Some units can accommodate an extra guest but the maximum number in a Studio is 3 which may be made up of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

One-bedroom Apartments (King bed)
These Apartments have the advantage of a living area separate to the bedroom and all have a King bed. Two of these units have a full kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, fan oven, 4 element ceramic cook-top, microwave, dishwasher and a Queen-size divan bed in the living-room with the upstairs unit also having a Spa bath. Maximum occupancy in these units is 4.
The third Apartment has a kitchen with the same facilities as our Studios as per the photo on the left. Maximum occupancy is 3 and this unit is also upstairs.

Two-bedroom Apartments - Family units
(Super-King + 2 single beds)
Our Two-bedroom Apartments are extremely spacious with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 element ceramic cook-top, microwave, electric oven, electric fry-pan plus tea & coffee making facilities. They both have a standard Spa bath and a large living area.
These units have a 42" TV and the Garden unit has its own garden area with outside table & chairs. Up to 2 single beds can be added in the Living-room to accommodate an additional guest making a maximum occupancy of 6.

Access Studio units (2 single beds)
We have 2 units on the ground-floor with disabled access both normally set up with twin single beds but these can be joined for stays of 3 nights plus if requested prior to arrival. We have received very favourable comments on these units from guests with a disability. The Kitchen facilities are the same as our other Studios. These units can accommodate an extra guest but the maximum number is 3 which may be made up of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Additional beds: Some units are able to accommodate an additional single bed for an extra guest but we have a limited number of these beds available. If you are booking on-line and requesting an extra bed, we will confirm within 24 hours that the extra bed can be provided.
Cots & high-chairs: These are provided free of charge but again we have a limited number. When booking into a One or Two-bedroom Apartment, please confirm where you would like the cot set-up i.e. in the bedroom of Living-room of a One-bedroom and the main or second bedroom of a Two-bedroom Apartment.
