AIRPORT TRANSFERS:  We operate our own shuttle vehicle between 7.00am and 9.00pm Mon - Fri and 8.00am and 9.00pm Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.  
If you have booked your accommodation directly with us at our Standard or ON-LINE Rate and require transport to the airport prior to the shuttle's hours of operation, we will book a taxi, set a wake-up call for you and deduct $10.00 off your account in lieu of the transfer (which  covers the taxi fare).
N.B. An exception to this is if you are leaving a vehicle here while you are away and are leaving before we operate our own shuttle. The cost of the airport transfer is then not included.

If you are arriving at the airport after 9.00pm, require transport to the motel and have booked your accommodation at our Standard or ON-LINE Rate, we request that you get a taxi to the motel and we will then either deduct $10.00 off your account OR provide 2 Complimentary Continental breakfasts of cereal, milk, yoghurt, toast & spreads in lieu of the transfer(a value of $16.00 ).

We recommend that if you do need a taxi, you choose a Gold Band (Tel 3795 795) - If calling from a cellphone add 03 before this number.

If you are arriving during the hours of our shuttle's operation, to access the transfer service from the airport please call us on our Freecall number 0800 800 631 when you have collected your bags and are ready to go.  If you don't have a cell phone, or it doesn't allow 0800 calls, you can call us from any of the blue payphones located either near the baggage carousels in the Domestic area of the terminal or in the Arrivals Hall in International.  We pick-up from the ground-floor of the multi-storey parking building - NOT from the taxi/shuttle area of either terminal.

N.B. If you are staying with us while having laser surgery at Fendalton Eye Clinic, we are happy to provide you with additional transfers to and from your surgical appointment by prior arrangement.
